Russell Pangborn has been the CEO of Marksmen, Inc. since May 2014. The Redmond, WA company specializes in Intellectual Property services and domain acquisition and sales.[1][2]

From April 2003 to January 2014, he was the Assistant General Counsel on Trademarks for Microsoft. He is also a member of the IRT and a new gTLD applicant.[2]
