Shih Cheng-Maw is the Counsel General at Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has been working at the Ministry since 1983.[1]

Shih attended ICANN Nairobi[2] and ICANN Singapore.[3] He is the GAC representative for Taiwan.[4]
