Victor Oppenheimer was the Senior Manager of Contractual Compliance at ICANN from August 2012 to April 2015. During his tenure at ICANN, he conducted risk and gap assessments, designed and implemented the contractual compliance programs for Internet Registries, and led a team that enforced agreements with Internet Registries.[1] He is currently the Associate Director of Business Partner Ethics & Compliance at Novo Nordisk.[1] Prior to his time at ICANN, Oppenheimer worked to establish and develop ethics and compliance programs with organizations such as Abbott Laboratories in Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rico Health Insurance Administration.[1]
Oppenheimer was a regular ICANN attendee, and as of ICANN 51 in Los Angeles, had attended more than four ICANN Meetings.[2]
