Dikanovic attended Li Po Chun United World College in Hong Kong and Wellesley College, and has a BA in Cognitive and Linguistic Sciences and Spanish. At Wellesley, she was a 2010 Albright Fellow for the first-ever year of the Madeleine Korbel Albright Institute for Global Affairs.
