Nils Decker has been the Head of Business Development and Sales for Namecheap since August 2014. His responsibilities include onboarding the company's new partners, managing key accounts, and maintaining client relationships.[1]

As of ICANN 53 in Buenos Aires, Decker had attended over four ICANN Meetings.[2]
Amongst his proudest life achievements, he lists finishing a game of snooker in seven moves even though he's "terrible". One of his life mottos is, "If your dreams don't scare you, they are not big enough." He also likes colorful socks.[2]
