Wilson Abigaba is the IT Projects Manager of Orange Uganda's Internet Protocol Contact Center; he has been working there since 2008.[1] From 2003 to 2008, he was an Engineer at Computer Frontiers, which is a registrar that deals with Uganda's ccTLD, .ug.
Mr. Abigaba is also the Vice President and co-Founder of ISOC's Uganda Chapter.
