Dimov received a Masters degree in Law at Rusenski universitet 'Angel Kanèev' in 2009 and received a Masters degree in European Law at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen in 2009. He received a Public International Law Certificate in 2010 from Hague Academy of International Law, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Information Technology Law at Universiteit Leiden. The topic of his research is "Crowdsourced Online Dispute Resolution."
