Thorsten Einig is Managing Director of Europe for Tucows/OpenSRS.[1] He is responsible for maintaining and developing existing customer relationships and encouraging the growth of OpenSRS in Europe.
Career History[edit | edit source]
Thorsten Einig worked as a Senior Product Manager at Leaseweb B.V. from 2008 to 2010; he managed servers, virtualization products, and the company's website.[2]
Prior to that, he was the Business Development Manager for North America at 1&1 Internet. From 2000 to 2006, he was the Product and Business Development Manager at 1&1 Internet AG and managed their domains, introduced and managed SSL Certificates and was in charge of domain reselling product for Schlund Technologies[1].
From 1997 to 2000, he was the International Project Manager for the city of Cologne[1].

Thorsten Einig holds a B.A. in History and English from the University of Heidelberg, an M.Ed. in Education from Carthage College, and a MA in American History from the University of Cologne.[3]
