Marco Schmidt is currently the Policy Development Officer (PDO) of RIPE NCC.

Marco works as PDO since 2013. In this role he manages and promotes the RIPE community Policy Development Processes (PDP). Further, he analyses the impact of proposed and existing policies and evaluates policy trends from the RIPE region and beyond. He also advises the implementation of accepted policies into RIPE NCC procedures and workflow.
