Brian Seidman is the VP of Corporate Development for Minds + Machines, which he joined in 2012. He has been working with the CEO of M + M, Antony Van Couvering, for over a decade. Background

Brian Seidman has been involved in founding, representing, or leading senior positions in technology companies since 1994. In 1995 he co-founded IBS Interactive, Inc., an Internet services company, which he helped take public in 1998, and which is now the Digital Fusion division of Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: KTOS). He has been involved in a variety of start-ups, including iMedCenter /Cloud2Health.com (mobile health care app); Time Link International Corp (HR Management middleware); Mirror Worlds Technologies, Inc. (where he was corporate counsel); Improv Technologies, Inc (co-founder); and others.[5]
