Mr. Akplogan has more than 15 years of experience in the Internet Technology environment. He was previously an Advisor for the U.N.'s [[Internet Governance Forum]]. He has also served as the director at CAFENet, which is an IT service company in Togo. He is one of the pioneers of the Internet in West Africa. He started the first Internet service provider in the region.
