In striving for operational excellence, Holland provides sound financial management, ensures exceptional customer service, and observes and implements globally recognized best practices at CIRA. He also represents Canadian interests in numerous international fora, including at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and the Internet Governance Forum (IGF).
