The GNSO Council also expressed concern regarding the removal of important external accountability measures contained within the Article 4 reveiws. Most of the other respondents, including the [[ALAC]] and the [[ccNSO]], agreed with the recommendations, with some taking issue with various specifics in the proposed implementation.<ref name="finalpc" />
