The specific reviews contained in Article 4.6 of the ICANN Bylaws directly address the review and improvement of adherence to these four commitments.<ref name="art46" /> Article 4.6 was drafted by a team from the [[Cross Community Working Group on Accountability]] (CCWG-Accountability). Their goal was to find a way to solve for one of the stress tests generated during the work of the CCWG-Accountability - if ICANN were to abandon its agreement with the U.S. Government, what measures could be put in place to ensure that they would remain accountable to the public good?
