SAC115 is also known as the "SSAC Report on an Interoperable Approach to Addressing Abuse Handling in the DNS."

On March 19, 2021, ICANN's SSAC released the report. In it, the committee proposes a general framework of best practices to streamline reporting DNS abuse and abuse on the Internet in general. The goal of the report is to outline an interoperable approach to limit the severity and duration of the victimization of end-users. The recommendations in the report focus entirely on handling DNS abuse that has already happened.[1]
