Claudia Giuliana Silva Jauregui is a supervisor at the Telecommunications Regulatory Agency of Peru (OSIPTEL).[1] She has held that position since April 2012, though she has been with the organization since September 2010. She is also a lawyer.[2]
ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires was her first ICANN conference.[1]
