Samantha Frida is the Senior Partner Relationship Manager at Neustar. Previous positions include VP of business development at Moniker and SnapNames; Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Instra Corporation; Senior Channel Manager at Verisign; Domain Name Consultant at CPA Global; and Director of Digital Brand Management Services at Name.com.[1][2][3] She is a lawyer licensed in the U.K. Commonwealth.

Background[edit | edit source]

Samantha Frida has extensive experience in the domain name field, including her time as the domain name attorney from October 2000 to October 2003 for Philips Electronics; she was responsible for managing the entire domain name portfolio for the Dutch company. One of her few tasks at Philips Electronics was to implement a corporate domain name management policy. She was an active member of the Philips E-Commerce Legal Support Team (ECLST), having written the chapter on domain names for the Corporate brand management manual at Philips Electronics.

She is an active member of both the Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC) at ICANN, and the IP Committee of Singapore Law Society. She also writes for the Singapore Law Gazette.[4]
