Esam (M.) Abulkhirat is a Solutions Architect at TriagingX Inc. Before that, he was the Senior ICT Policy Officer at African Union Commission[1] and GAC-Observer at ICANN.[2]

Mr. Abulkhirat has played an important role in the development of the Internet in Africa.
