Amir Qayyum has been a Professor and Dean at Jinnah University's Faculty of Engineering in Islamabad since August 2011. He is also an 2013 ICANN Fellow.[1] Amir is the current Chair-Elect of the NomCom.

He has been involved with ICANN through ISOC for over six years.[2]
