  • 2003 - 2007: Company Secretary and General Counsel, Huntswood CTC Limited. Financial services outsourcing company majority-owned by private equity investment.
  • 1999 - 2003: Director of Legal Services, PowderJect Pharmaceuticals PLC. Oxford University's most successful biotech spinout, sold in 2003 for GPB550 million.
  • Variety of private practice roles in London and Reading prior to becoming an in-house counsel.
