Nick Wenban-Smith is the chair of the ccNSO DNS Abuse Standing Committee.[1] He is also Nominet's General Counsel. In this capacity, he is lead counsel for Nominet and in addition, oversees the .UK registry dispute resolution processes and the organization's internet governance participation. He has been with Nominet since 2007 and has therefore seen a lot of changes in the internet and domain name sectors. Wenban-Smith is a member of the ccNSO Council and is active within CENTR and IGF and the Law Society's Intellectual Property Committee.
