Pavel also currently holds the designation of NetMission Ambassador from the 2019-2020 batch, as well as Digital Grassroots Ambassador for Cohort 5. Moreover, he has been engaged with Y4IG as an outreach member and in 2020, he was an organizing committee member for the virtual yIGF 2020, to support and encourage youth participation on Internet governance. He was also one of the speakers at the APrIGF 2021 panel session on “Why open and interoperable Internet infrastructure is key to the Internet’s continued success” and had the privilege to moderate a session at the APAC DNS Forum 2022 which was entitled: "Establishing a Trusted Notifier Mechanism to Fight DNS Abuse".

From October 2021 to April 2022, Pavel worked as an intern for the Office of ICT (OICT) at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP), Bangkok, Thailand.
