His professional trajectory spans over two decades, commencing in 2003 with the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre, and subsequently, he transitioned to the Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre (RIPE NCC) in 2006. Throughout his tenure at the RIPE NCC, he played a pivotal role in advancing the organization's involvement in public policy and Internet governance. Notably, he collaborated closely with esteemed institutions such as the International Telecommunication Union, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and the United Nations.
