| In the beginning, Don was nowhere near the level of president or CEO of a Big Name Company or enterprise, matter of fact; he was just an ordinary dry cleaning business man looking to make his way in profits by simple coins alone. He would of course branch his dry cleaning business out and take control of multiple locations but in no way was he in this business because he loved it; it was still just a job to him through and through. But this would come to an abrupt halt one day when Don’s brother found him a position in the Hit farm company. After that, the rest is, as we all know, history.

| Since the beginning he was top notch in everything that he did in the company. He would quickly turn over profits and always know exactly what to say when he needed to say it, be it with his co-workers or with customers. His ability to speak to you as a person and not just as a distraction passes beyond that of a traditional individual.

| During his run as an employee to the company he developed abundant amounts of skills that not only made his work prowess improve but also improved him as a person. One reason why he was offered the president position is simply because he can build relationships extremely well and because of that any shareholders or other domain named companies needed to join Hitfarm’s ranks would quickly turn over to Don instantly.

| Well into 2011 Don has continued to develop more ways in which we can relegate our Domain names because what once was ten years ago is now all the rage in this day and age. He constantly works on new strategies to help better his company and generally make it a much more susceptible market for all to get in on if they have the motivation. If you want to know who single-handedly turned Hitfarm into more then just a company, Don Ham is that man.
