.do is the ccTLD for the Dominican Republic. It is managed by Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Recinto Santo Tomas de Aquino.[1]

In 1995, the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA), currently operated by ICANN, delegated the administration of the Top Level Domain .do to the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
The Domain Name Registry under the ccTLD .do is administered by the Network Information Center .do (NIC .DO) of PUCMM according to the principles contained in RFC 1591.[2]
