Deepak Maheshwari is the Director of Corporate Affairs at Microsoft Corporation, India where he interacts with policymakers and regulators.[1]

Career History

Prior to this Maheshwari was the VP of Corporate Affairs at Sify for seven years.

He has been an active participant in the technological and telecommunication development in India for more than ten years.

He has participated in the ICT Committees of Leading Trade Chambers and has also serve two consecutive terms in the ISP Association of India. He is also the Co-founder of NIXI. Since the Inception of the ITU-APT Foundation, he has been its joint secretary. He also serves as the IPR committee chair of AMCHAM in India and the Telecom Equipment Manufacturers Association (TEMA).

He regularly speaks at seminar and conferences and likes to write on topics likes ICT & socio-economic development, convergence, spectrum allocation, management & pricing, importance of broadband, ICT indices & India, etc.[2]
