Most of the people articles on ICANNwiki.org do not have references. Is that "People articles" do not need references or are they incomplete? Should I add references or leave the articles as it is.

Plus, while going through those articles on ICANNwiki.org, I realised that some of them are COPY/PASTE from some website or the other, so should I change all that content on ICANNwiki.org?
