Kelly (Hyeyoung) Kang is the representative of Korea at [[GAC][1] and a GAC advisor.[2] She is also the Manager of International Affairs at NIDA.[3]
She attends ICANN Meetings[4][5][6][7]
From 1999-2004, she served as the Secretariat of Number and Name Committee at KRNIC She was a speaker at Future Internet Forum Committee in 2007.[8]
