Michelle Cotton is an administrator for IANA, and an IANA liaison to the IETF and IESG.[1] She is also the manager of IETF-IANA relations.[2] She joined ICANN in 2000, working mainly in IANA related issues.[3]

  • "Protocol Parameter Area Overview" Presented to the Board IANA Committee in August 2010.[5]
