She has been active in the [[INTA|International Trademark Association]] since 2001. Since 2007, she has particpated in ICANN activities and has been a part of  a number of ICANN policy-making groups.

Prior to joining AusRegistry, Ms. Papac was the Business Development and Sales Manager at [[Iron Mountain]]. For 1 year, she worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Xerox, where she managed a team of eight entry-level sales representatives in prospect development, sales calls, proposal and bid preparation, and delivery of ‘C’ level presentations.
