Prior to joining ICANN, Filiz was the Policy Development Manager at [[RIPE NCC]], where she was responsible for developing work plans, managing the activities of Policy Development Office, and coordinating the bottom-up, consensus-based Internet policy making processes used by [[RIPE]] and RIPE NCC.
