Arabic Script IDN Working Group is a self organized group working for the effective implementation of Internationalized Domain Names, particularly Arabic script in them. ASWIG members participate in ICANN, IGF and other internet organizations' activities.[1]<redf>IrNIC</ref>

The group members communicate through mailing lists and meetings. ASWIG also publishes documents and drafts in its IDN industry.[2] First ever conference of ASWIG was held in Dubai on 2nd April, 2008.[3]
