Moataz Shaarawy is the CIO and Co-Founder of OFOK, an Egyptian NGO empowering youths to become active Internet users.[1]
He is a member of Egyptian Lawyers' Syndicate, The Arab Center for the Independence of the Judiciary and the Legal Profession (ACIJLP), Arab Lawyers Union (ALU), The Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA), UN Volunteer Organization and Hope Youth NGO. Mr. Shaarawy is the Co-Founder and General coordinator of Egyptian Association for Legal Development. He is also the Co-Founder of Arab Internet Governance Network[2]
Education
