Earlier in his career, he was an ISP and Landlines Service Manager at Rwandatel. He was a Volunteer at [[AfNOG]] 2008.<ref>[https://ws.edu.isoc.org/trac/afnog08/wiki/instr-recruit AfNOG 2008]</ref> He is particularly interested in [[DNSSEC]] and [[IPv6]], and his involvement with the [[SSAC]], at [[ICANN 42]] in Dakar, has inspired him to research and learn more though the [[RFC]] series.
