Lange joined [[ICANN]] as Coordinator for the Project Office in February 2007. In September 2007, she took on the additional responsibility of managing the [[Fellowship Program]], which gives an opportunity to candidates from developed and underdeveloped countries to take part in ICANN Public meetings around the world.
