Jonathan Spencer is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel - Naming at Verisign. His primary responsibility at Verisign is to oversee legal support for the company's naming division. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.[1]

Prior to joining Verisign, Mr. Spencer was the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Shenandoah Telecommunications.
