Dr. Omar Karam is the director of the Egyptian Universities Network and an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Informatics and Computer Science in the Egyptian British University.[1] Previously, Mr. Karam occupied positions as telecommunications engineer and was also a consultant for companies and organizations. He was also a member of the National Telecommunications Institute, and is currently an elected member of the US Electrical and Computer Engineering honor society.[2]
