Jian Zhang is consultant of DotAsia. She's currently on ccNSO council. Previously, she was the Director of International Business and Policy Development department of CNNIC.[1] Ms. Zhang is also a member of the ccNSO Council at ICANN; she holds one of the three positions filled by the NomCom, and her current term is to last until ICANN Senegal.[2] She was subsequently reappointed to the 2012 NomCom to again represent the ccnSO.[3]

She is also on the board of the Asia Pacific Top Level Domain Association.[4]

She has held positions in companies like Nextel Communications, Cisco Systems, and others.
