Career History
Fei Pang specializes in the legal aspects of domain name and information technology issues. He received extensive education and training in the legal systems of both the United States and his native China. Fei's deep familiarity with intellectual property enforcement in China is further enhanced by time spent on the "front lines" there, having served on the staff of the one of China's largest Customs Departments (the Guangzhou Office) for 5 years, and was responsible for handling complex international trade issues involving counterfeiting/gray market goods, anti-smuggling efforts, administrative reviews and appeals of forfeitures and penalties.
Fei Pang is an active member of the California State Bar. He received extensive education and training in the legal systems of both the United States and his native China. Fei holds L.L.M. and J.D. degrees from the University of Iowa School of Law, as well as a Master of Laws (with Civil Procedure emphasis) from the Sun Yat-Sen (Zhongshan) University School of Law in China. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing.
Mr. Pang is also a highly-skilled legal research specialist, having clerked for accomplished research professors during his legal education. Fei is responsible for managing all of the complex legal research tasks for the firm's clientele.
