He was honored with the EAA medal in 2008 for his scientific achievements and innovative solutions; in 2009 with the “The Most Innovative Project Award” by the U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation, EIF, Government of Armenia; in 2010 he was awarded by the State committee of Science of Armenia; in 2012 he received ANSEF Award, and over the years he has als been honored by several awards from private and industrial sectors.

He is the Principal Investigator for several international scientific projects, a scientific committee member, invited lecturer, an expert in more than 20 countries and the author of over 70 peer reviewed papers from journals/conferences.[1]
