Gabriela joined the ICANN community as a two-time [[ICANN Fellow]], at [[ICANN 39]] in Cartagena and [[ICANN 43]] in Costa Rica. She has also worked at the Newcomer's Lounge, which is a dedicated area for first-time ICANN attendees to receive guidance in their first experience as ICANN participants. She first began her role in the Newcomer Lounge at [[ICANN 44]] in Prague, and continued as Community Lead at [[ICANN 45]] in Toronto.
