Modou Sall is the Chief of Service & IP, and has previously worked as a Project Manager, Head of various Departments, and Network Architectures Engineer, at Orange-Sonatel.[1][2] His current responsibilities include planning and architecture design for the IP network to maximize traffic; and also leading his teams work on an ADSL programming project and the expansion of production capacity and IP transmission.[3] He is also the project manager for their IPv6 project, and their data center. He has been working with Orange, Sonatel since 2001.[4]
Mr. Sall has represented Orange not only at ICANN Singapore, but also at AfriNIC and other regional meetings. Among other things, it helps him stay updated on IPv6 and other developments in other countries.[5]
