.drive is a proposed generic top level domain name (gTLD) to ICANN's new gTLD expansion program.

Applicants

  1. Google (Charleston Road Registry Inc.), which applied for a total of 101 new gTLDs. Sarah Falvey, Senior Policy Analyst of Google is the main contact person in the application. [1]
  2. Amazon, which submitted 76 gTLD applications total.[2]

Amazon and Google are competing for a total of 21 domain name strings.[3]
