This policy is now used by the World Intellectual Property Organization ("[[WIPO]]") and others to resolve disputes between domain name registrants and trademark owners. J. Scott is an active member of the International Trademark Association, where he has served as Chair of Internet Committee during the 2004/2005 term. Beignining in January 2006, J.
