Johnson is a career Diplomat /ICT Development professional. He has also been involved in the integration of ICT/Internet and Diplomacy, where he is incorporating new ICTs in day to day diplomatic work by people and institution at home and representative abroad for increased speed, reach, effectiveness as well as security of information communication.
