Jeremie Godreche is the Chief Operating Officer at Freenom (previously known as Freedom Registry) and has been with the company since early 2012. He is also currently involved in several internet startups.[1] In his role at Freenom, Jeremie is responsible for evangelizing the free domain model, and for the planning and good execution of the gTLD and ccTLD development projects. He has been attending ICANN meetings since 2010.[2]
Career History
Prior to joining Freenom, Jeremie served as Consultant for several internet companies, and was the co-founder and Director of dotFree Group s.r.o. (December 2010 – December 2011). From May 2009 until December 2010, Jeremie worked in Strategic Communication internationally. From 2005 until 2009, he worked at Robert Half International in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, as a Division Manager and Branch Manager.[3]
Education
Jeremie received his MA in Law from Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, and was an exchange student at The Australian National University [4]
