Paul was founder and CEO of REACTO.com, the world’s largest stand-alone provider of “gTLD Registrar in a box” platforms for ICANN Accredited Registrars.  REACTO was sold in 2002.  He was involved in the creation of ICANN in 1997 and served on the gTLD Policy Body (Name Council) for a number of years.
