Ross Rader has been the General Manager of Hover.com, a division of Tucows Inc., since 2005. He has been a Board Member of CIRA since 2004,[1] and is the chair of its Board Governance Committee.[2]

Ross has been with Tucows since the very beginning. He has served as Director of Retail Services at Tucows Inc., Director of Research & Innovation at Tucows Inc., and Director of Assigned Names Division at Tucows Inc.[3] He led Tucows' launch of OpenSRS in 2000. Since 2005, he has managed Tucows' retail operations,[4] and in 2008, launched Hover.com.[5]
