Laureen Kapin is Counsel for International Consumer Protection at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, in their Office of International Affairs.[1][2]
Kapin has attended several ICANN meetings, including ICANN 49 in Singapore and ICANN 54 in Dublin. She participates in the GAC[1]
