Mónica Trochez es Ingeniera de Sistemas, especialista en Gestión de Sistemas y Tecnologías de la Información, con experiencia en formulación, coordinación, análisis y diseño de proyectos de conectividad inalámbrica, apropiación de TIC y desarrollo de software.
